THE VISION

A place to gather.
A place to grow.

A year-round destination connecting hospitality, entertainment, learning, mentorship, and care.

LYME Richmond Hill would bring these experiences together with one shared purpose: create opportunity, build relationships, and make community service part of everyday activity.

Currently in vision and concept development. Facilities, partnerships, programs, and funding remain subject to development and confirmation.

THE COMMUNITY PURPOSE

More ways to learn.
More ways to belong.

The vision connects everyday activity with practical learning and service. These are the opportunities LYME aims to create.

Intended community outcomes, not measured or guaranteed results. Partnerships, educational pathways, and clinical services would be developed with qualified partners and appropriate oversight.

THE FOUNDER’S PERSPECTIVE

Built from experience.
Rooted in community.

Lyndon NoriegaFounder & Visionary

I’m Lyndon Noriega, founder and visionary of LYME Richmond Hill. I’m bringing my experience in construction, music, distribution, and live entertainment home to the community where I grew up.

Earlier choices led me into serious legal trouble and a life-changing turning point. I took responsibility and rebuilt my life. That journey shapes my purpose: to show young people that past mistakes need not define their future.

Through mentorship, I want to teach clear thinking, accountability, mental toughness, and consistency—and help them find a way forward.
